Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bunchnote.com (“Bunchnote,” “we,” “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use Bunchnote.

What Bunchnote is

Bunchnote lets you describe a person or occasion, receive a flower recommendation, arrange it, and send it as a private link with a written message and, optionally, a voice recording. Recommendations are generated by an AI model and are not a guarantee of any particular outcome or accuracy.

Accounts

Some features require signing in with Google. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for anything sent from it. You can delete your account at any time from your account page; what that removes and what it leaves is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Payment

Paid renders are billed at checkout through Stripe. Prices are as shown at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, payments are final once the paid content (the render) has been generated, since that cost is incurred immediately on our end.

Subscriptions

Plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the plans page. Cancelling stops the next renewal and you keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for; we do not refund part of a period.

A plan includes an allowance of composed bouquets each month. Unused ones carry over up to the limit shown on the plan, and any remaining allowance ends when the subscription does. If prices change we will tell you before your next renewal.

People you save, and delivering to them

When you add a contact you are giving us information about somebody else. You confirm that you know them, that you have their details legitimately, and that you have a reasonable basis for sending them something.

If you give us an address and press send, we deliver on your behalf and the message is from you. Do not add somebody who has asked you not to contact them. Anyone can reply STOP to a text and will not be texted by us again, and we honour that regardless of who saved the number.

Your content

You are responsible for what you type, upload, or record, and for having the right to send it to the recipient you choose. Do not use Bunchnote to send anything unlawful, harassing, or that infringes someone else’s rights. We may remove content or suspend an account that violates this.

If you paste messages you have written in order to have drafts sound like you, you confirm they are yours to share. They are used only to write your own drafts, are never shown to the recipient, and are never used to train any model.

What the AI does, and does not promise

Flowers are chosen, messages are drafted and the bouquet photograph is produced by AI models. The results vary, they are suggestions rather than advice, and you should read anything written for you before you send it — nothing leaves until you press send. Bunchnote sends a picture of flowers and a message; it does not deliver physical flowers.

No warranty

Bunchnote is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any AI-generated recommendation, image, or botanical description will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bunchnote and its owner are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, or for errors, delays, or failures in the service — including a render that fails, is delayed, or does not match what was expected. Our total liability for any claim relating to Bunchnote is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Bunchnote and its owner harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. The date at the top reflects the last revision.
